• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods
• Prices subject to change with notice

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Amvo Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute App content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works

Your workout data and personal content remain your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:

• Compatibility with all devices

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
