Account & Data Deletion

At Amvo Pro, you have full control over your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete from within the app (Recommended)

If you currently have the Amvo Pro app installed, this is the fastest way to instantly delete your data:

Open the Amvo Pro app on your device.
Navigate to your Profile tab.
Tap on the settings icon or scroll down to the account management section.
Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Note: This action is permanent and will immediately erase your workout history, preferences, and personal information from our active databases.

Option 2: Email Request

No longer have the app?

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request data deletion via email. Please send an email from the address associated with your Amvo Pro account stating that you wish to delete your account and data.

What happens when your account is deleted?

Your user profile, email address, and authentication credentials will be permanently removed.
All your logged workouts, customized routines, and health metrics will be deleted.
Any data previously anonymized for AI training will remain anonymous and cannot be linked back to you, but your active personal identifiers will be securely wiped.
